Over the past few months, I’ve been building and running a multi-speaker summit from the ground up.

The speakers, the emails, the tech, the behind-the-scenes systems… all of it.

And if I’m honest?

It’s one of the most powerful ways I’ve seen to grow an audience, build connections, and create real momentum in a business.

But it’s also something that can feel… a lot.

  • A DIY Summit System — for those who want the full plan and will implement it themselves

  • A Supported Build option — with templates, tools, and guidance along the way

  • A small number of high-touch spaces — for those who want strategic support while they build
