Meta which owns both Facebook and Instagram have a few different ways in which they allow you to access your accounts and sort out the connections between the two.
The good news is I can show you these.

£6.99 option - I have a Business Manager Account set up, and I have no issue posting to Instagram or Facebook for business.

You ideally should have your Instagram connected to your Meta Business Manager.
This is reflected in Meta Business Suite and all permissions are great.

£47 option - I do not have a Business Manager Account set up.
I have no issue posting to Instagram or Facebook for business through Meta Business Suite.
